Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, Wizkid, born July 16, 1990, is a Nigerian singer-songwriter, and a major force in Afrobeats. He began recording at 11, releasing a collaborative album with Glorious Five, a group he formed with church friends. In 2009, Wizkid signed with Banky W’s Empire Mates Entertainment (E.M.E), rising to fame with “Holla at Your Boy”
